About the Team

Workday’s Value Management team is a business consulting organization that works closely with our prospective and current customers. Value Managers have the mission to partner with prospects and customers to help them understand how they can improve their business performance and gain competitive advantages through our technology. They are engaged across all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to final presentations to the client team to measuring the values realized after implementation.

About the Role

Workday is looking for a Senior Manager for the North & Emerging (Nordics, Benelux and South Africa) region. This role will have high transparency within the geography and requires demonstration of leadership beyond the immediate span of control.

As a Leader you will:

  • Coach, manage and develop a team of Value Managers in the Nordics, Benelux and South Africa of various seniority levels

  • Execute on the book of business in close collaboration with Workday’s Regional VP, Regional COO, Presales, Marketing and Services Leaders, embedding value into business cadence and executing with agility in a dynamic market

  • Collaborate with peers in VM leadership to drive value priorities and enable the value management function of the future

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years validated experience in leading teams

  • 10+ years of meaningful experience in a management consulting firm, corporate strategy, sales strategy, business transformation or in the software industry

Other Qualifications

  • Strong curiosity about people development, matched with a proven intuition for business

  • Strong collaboration, team working skills

  • Leadership presence and persuasion skills at C-level

  • Deeply curious, highly motivated to have an impact on customers

  • Proven creativity for new initiatives and a “get it done” mentality to achieve results in a fast-paced, highly multifaceted environment

  • Fluency in English and preferably either Dutch or Swedish is essential
