As a Supply Chain Analyst, your responsibilities include analyzing the end-to-end supply chain, from inbound to delivery to the dealer, encompassing warehouse and distribution operations, logistic information systems, and purchasing processes. You will lead annual process reviews at our logistic warehouse provider to ensure continuous improvement. Collaboration across functions is essential as you interpret and translate business requirements into effective logistic processes. Identifying potential areas for improvement in business processes and conducting comprehensive analyses on any part of the supply chain, including vendor evaluation, are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will optimize warehousing efficiency, set up budgets for warehousing, transportation, and purchasing of kit consumables, and monitor budget progress in consultation with the Supply Chain Manager. Developing and managing bidding documents (RFI/RFQ) to ensure the best selection of vendors, analyzing bidding documents, summarizing results, and presenting findings to stakeholders are part of your duties. You will also oversee the procurement of products and services, extending beyond supply chain-related items to include kit accessories, instruction manuals, and more.
