In additional, LUKOIL Benelux B.V. is providing LITASCO with operational and logistics support services in the trading of oil products in and outside the ARA region.  In the ARA region, headquartered in Rotterdam at the “Kop van Zuid” (Maastoren) next to the Erasmus bridge, LUKOIL Benelux offers an excellent career opportunity for an analytically strong and well-organized  Demurrage Analyst Rotterdam – fulltime Job outline In the role of Demurrage Analyst and as a professional member of the Demurrage Team, you will help to ensure efficient and thorough management of demurrage claims in order to minimize demurrage costs for the company and to maximize recovery of demurrage claims by other parties. The main responsibilities of the job are in 2 result areas: Claim handling - Ensure that all claims for recovering demurrage are timely issued and sent out complete with all supporting documents;  - making accruals in the system;  - issuing invoices;  - ensure response and formal receipt confirmation;  - keeping records of claim sent/received;  - managing set-off and claim finalization projects. Administrative, financial and reporting - Organize and monitor accurate demurrage records in order to have at all times a precise overview of status, progress and recovery process of indemnities due to Demurrage or other time related claims;  - Provide reports and analysis of individual business partners to Trading desk and Management;  - Maintain close communication, co-ordination and information exchange with Ope
