Business Analyst Medior - Squad Accelerators

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our IT4IT squad The Accelerators, responsible to make the life easier for the approx. 70 DevOps teams in tribe Digital Customer Processes.

You and your job

As Business Analyst you are the link between business and IT. Your team is responsible for offering consultancy and innovative technical solutions for complex IT challenges, covering all aspects of the DevOps lifecycle. In order to know what offerings are required you will gather, analyse and document the technical and business requirements of individual DevOps teams, areas (Tech Leads) and tribe DCP (tech domain manager).

Together we achieve more than alone

On a regular base you meet with stakeholders and promote the offerings of your team across the tribe. You are the eyes and ears of your team and you are actively identifying in which way your team can bring innovative solutions to the bank. You collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that the team aligns their team strategy, including their service offerings, with the requirements of approx. 70 DevOps teams. Since the needs and requirements evolve rapidly with the exponential growth of new technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Sustainable IT) your work will be dynamic and always challenging.

This is what we ask of you:

  • Gather, analyse and document requirements;
  • Support the product owner in the business development;
  • Align with different stakeholders (on squad, area and tribe level) to have an understanding of their needs;
  • Promote and market new and existing offerings of your team in order to reach as much as teams as possible;
  • Support your team with the realization of the technical solutions your team offers;
  • Create and manage continuously improving consultancy and IT offerings;
  • Help your team improve in the DevOps way of working, taking ownership to the team and share your knowledge.

You and your talent

  • 3+ years working experience as a Business Analyst;
  • Knowledge of and experience with Scrum, Agile and DevOps;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and (preferred) in Dutch;
  • Experience in managing a complex stakeholder environment;
  • Affinity with innovation and thinking outside the box;
  • Eager to learn about new technologies.

  • Based on your experience: up to € 5.024,15 gross per month (scale 8)

  • a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40-
  • a personal development budget of € 1,400-
  • a combination of working from home and at the office
  • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
  • A pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5%
  • 151.2 hours holiday per year + 1 Diversity Day per year
