Objectives and Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic HR policy that aligns with J&G Agency Safety's business objectives and growth 🔗 procedures and policies related to HR 🔗 out HR processes (e.g., onboarding and offboarding of new employees, compensation process, etc.).Advise and support managers on HR issues, serving as the first point of contact for 🔗 in the recruitment and selection 🔗 performance evaluations and establish reward and recognition 🔗 to the development and rollout of the J&G Agency Safety 🔗 and address HR challenges and provide 🔗 business data and trends to identify HR needs and 🔗 compliance with labor laws and 🔗 directly to the CEO, Ms Samantha Miah. Who are you? Minimum of ⚠+ years of experience in a similar role, having been exposed to all aspects of the HR 🔗 Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures to apply data analysis in the HR field successfully, implementing best practices at 🔗 and project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet 🔗 to change: Comfortable with change, flexible, and adaptable to new 🔗 and collaboration: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse 🔗 skills: Strong communication skills to effectively present HR data to various 🔗 skills: Ability to analyze complex HR issues and come up with creative solutions.
