HR Business Partner

Objectives and Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic HR policy that aligns with J&G Agency Safety's business objectives and growth πŸ”— procedures and policies related to HR πŸ”— out HR processes (e.g., onboarding and offboarding of new employees, compensation process, etc.).Advise and support managers on HR issues, serving as the first point of contact for πŸ”— in the recruitment and selection πŸ”— performance evaluations and establish reward and recognition πŸ”— to the development and rollout of the J&G Agency Safety πŸ”— and address HR challenges and provide πŸ”— business data and trends to identify HR needs and πŸ”— compliance with labor laws and πŸ”— directly to the CEO, Ms Samantha Miah. Who are you? Minimum of ⚠+ years of experience in a similar role, having been exposed to all aspects of the HR πŸ”— Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures to apply data analysis in the HR field successfully, implementing best practices at πŸ”— and project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet πŸ”— to change: Comfortable with change, flexible, and adaptable to new πŸ”— and collaboration: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse πŸ”— skills: Strong communication skills to effectively present HR data to various πŸ”— skills: Ability to analyze complex HR issues and come up with creative solutions.
