Working closely with the Junior and Senior Accountants, Senior Management, General Managers and Operational departments, you will produce informative and transparent reports that shows critical thinking and allows for effective decision making. Your role will grow as the business grows, allowing for a lot of personal development and on-the-job experience as you take on your tasks. Under the guidance of the Accounts payable Manager and Finance Director – Group Accounting , you will also assist with the insourcing of various legal entities, ensuring a smooth transition into the Cycas insource accounting systems landscape.   Role & Responsibilities - Processing and administration of vendor invoices, ensuring they are processed on time and accurately coded into the correct GL - Proper administration of the emails for Accounts Payable, managing queries from suppliers, including payments and any ad hoc queries - Administration of the individual AP subledgers, including invoice/credit memo/payment allocations, aged items, reconciliations etc. - Bank postings and bank reconciliations - Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances - Process owner of travel expenses for the assigned entities - Preparing payment batches for upload to banking platforms in a timely manner - Assist with the A/P process for new legal entities - Administration of the A/P General ledger accounts and ensuring they reconcile to the A/P ledger - Create and co
