Receptionist
As a Reception and Facility Management Assistant, your responsibilities include: 1. Visitor sign-in, registration, and reception: You welcome visitors at the reception in Weert1A and ensure a smooth sign-in and registration process. 2. Issuance of visitor badges, visitor vests, and safety shoes: You manage the distribution and retrieval of visitor badges, vests, and safety shoes. 3. Lunch orders and preparation of meeting rooms: You take orders, receive deliveries, and ensure optimal setup of meeting rooms. 4. Handling small orders without a purchase order: You process small orders without a purchase order correctly and administratively. 5. Management of meeting rooms and bookings in Outlook: You are responsible for overseeing meeting rooms, including booking them in Outlook. 6. Organization of activities: You actively participate in organizing various activities at the location. 7. Various registrations, such as for a bouncy castle: You perform various registrations, including those for specific activities like the use of a bouncy castle. 8. Internal communication, DNN Communication Champion for the site: You assume the role of DNN Communication Champion for internal communication at the location. - Fluent proficiency in both English and Dutch languages. - Competence in the use of Office and Outlook. - Well-groomed appearance. - Completed education at the MBO level.
