You and your job

We need your help to inspire and coach teams that design, build, and run ground-breaking solutions that are as valuable to our 7 million customers to use as they are fun for us to create. As a Solution Architect you will empower multi-disciplinary teams on architecture, technical and risk & compliance topics so that they can take end-to-end responsibility for our solutions. We expect you to enable, coach, and inspire others with your craftsmanship and passion for high-quality software solutions.

You and your talent

You are a nice, friendly and approachable person. You have at least 5 years of experience with software engineering. You have at least 1 year of experience with Mobile Application and or Website Development. You have at least 1 year of experience with Java and/or Kotlin and/or Angular. You have at least 3 years of experience deploying solutions to the cloud. You have a passion for designing clean, well-structured and testable solutions. You can communicate (spoken and written) well in the English language. Experience in a regulated / banking environment is a big plus. Experience as a Solution Architect.

This is what we offer you

• A gross monthly salary between € 3.959,- and € 5.655,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week). This means a yearly salary of max € 95.000,00 for (40 hours working week)
• Including all benefits (depending on expertise, knowledge and skills)
• A thirteenth month and 8% holiday pay
• An Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly income). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions or even receiving a monthly cash payout.
• 100 % reimbursement of the costs of home/work travel if you travel by public transport!
• A pension scheme where you contribute only 3,5%
