Role:

Seeking a motivated BI Consultant passionate about ERP processes, with expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), consultancy and analytics. Collaborate on Certinia and SalesForce projects to empower clients in achieving business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support controlling, accounting, and supply chain departments with reporting and dashboards.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications.
• Engage with business users to understand reporting needs and identify key KPIs.
• Design dashboards aligning with business objectives.
• Develop dataflows, recipes, lenses, and dashboards in Analytics Studio.
• Establish best practices for dataflow, dashboard, and report development.
• Provide post-go-live support to enhance Salesforce and CRM Analytics experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum BA/BS in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on BI tooling experience.
• CRM Analytics experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SAQL, SOQL, SQL (1-2 years preferred).
• BINDINGs
• Understanding of financial business processes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Skilled in financial and supply chain applications, ideally in combination with Salesforce knowledge and/or Cloud ERP solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Background in Finance/Accounting or SCM
• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, CRM Analytics).
• Einstein Discovery Certification preferred.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Salesforce products.
