As a Facility Employee, you play a crucial role in our team in Eindhoven. You will work closely with colleagues and the Facility Manager to manage and maintain the facility, technical, and household aspects of the building. Some of your responsibilities include: - Opening all buildings at 06:00, starting the day with enthusiasm. - Handling facility complaints, requests, information, and malfunction reports. - Performing various facility, technical, and household tasks for building management and maintenance. - Managing the facility system, addressing reports, malfunctions, and complaints. - Conducting inspection rounds within the school buildings, with a keen focus on safety. - Providing operational support for internal events and gatherings. - Assisting at the reception with a welcoming attitude. Check if you meet the qualifications for the position! - Experience as a Facility Employee with a professional appearance. - Possession of an MBO diploma and at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role. - Social, willing to get hands-on, and stress-resistant. - Possession of a VCA diploma and willingness to follow VCA guidelines. - Possession of a VOP diploma and willingness to follow VOP guidelines. - Willingness to strengthen the emergency response team and possession of a First Aid diploma or willingness to obtain one. - Willingness to accept flexible working hours, including evenings and occasional weekend work.
