Income Auditor - Hilton The Hague

Hilton The Hague is looking for a new Income Auditor! Do you know how the finances for a hotel look like? And do you want pursue an administrative career in the hospitality industry? Then you might be the candidate we are looking for!   As an Income Auditor you will be responsible for the daily review of all revenues) and posts in the general ledger. You will monitor credit card charges, payment discrepancies, refunds and miscellaneous charges. Naturally, you will provide other financial support to your and the hotel when required.   More specifically, you will take on the following responsibilities: - Check all the bookings of the Front Desk and F&B outlets - Adjust sales where necessary in Operation Audit - Draw up daily reports - Process and reply to guest correspondence - Check daily allowances/paid-outs - Check the credit cards, PIN payments and guest ledger invoices - Reply to, solve and process credit cards issues and disputes - Reconcile the accounts continuously - Check & reconcile revenues - Check compliance with void procedures - Effective communication with all operational departments regarding income audit work - Careful and timely filing of all reports in compliance with legal and internal procedures regarding filing, registration and archive.   More about the Finance team… Being a successful Income Auditor is not something you do on your own. The Finance team of Hilton The Hague is led by a Finance Manager and supported by an Assistant Finance Manager, Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk and you.
