Join our client as an eCommerce Application Coordinator, where you'll collaborate across teams to execute flawless eCommerce promotions and contribute to backend improvements. As the Ecommerce Application Coordinator you own the ECommerce promotion and vouchering process including the creation and execution. You will create, test, and implement promotional codes and offers within the Hybris platform. On a daily basis, your role will involve overseeing B2C order processing and conducting audits for payments, inventory, and deliveries. Additionally, you will serve as a key support resource for the call center team, addressing escalated customer inquiries and providing timely assistance when needed. In the role you will work with the following teams: - Primarily: - BV and local Sales team; - Planning; - eCommerce Team and other members of Digital Marketing; - Customer Service, Logistics; - SAP; - Finance. -  Secondarily: - BV and local Marketing team; - PMs. Your daily tasks will include: - Obtaining quotations related to assigned projects; - Signing common daily correspondence; - Realizing projects after approval by superiors; - Attending other functional meetings; - Executing eCommerce promotion activities; - Contributing to continuous improvement of the backend for timely and flawless eCommerce promotions across +20 countries; - Providing eCommerce operation specialist support for order and customer service management; - Serving the Digital Marketing department. Requirements: - Intermediate vocational education in business and administration (MEAO); Ideally complemented with an eCommerce background.
