Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. Finance & Product Control is positioned within the Risk & Finance IT domain, responsible for Rabobank’s backbone IT systems for the Risk and Finance business functions. Within that domain, our tribe is responsible for creating a financial data warehouse containing single source of truth for regulatory reporting. You will be part of a diverse and ambitious team that takes ownership to deliver end-to-end solutions for a broad range of stakeholders.

You and your talent

  • Financial Sector Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or consultant within the financial domain, equipped with a deep understanding of wholesale banking products, including loans and credit products.
  • Accounting Expertise: Your knowledge extends to IFRS Accounting standards, reporting, and finance policies, ensuring compliance and accurate financial product ledger management.
  • Business Analysis Proficiency: You are adept in employing business analysis methods and best practices, with a proven track record of applying these skills effectively in the financial sector.
  • Data Management Skills: You possess experience with database and data warehouse concepts, essential for maintaining high data quality standards and integrity.
  • Communication and Results-Oriented: Excellent communication skills in English are a must, as is a result-driven approach, ensuring that you understand and meet your customers' needs effectively.
  • International Project Involvement: Your background includes participating in international projects, showcasing your ability to navigate and succeed in a global business environment.
  • Advanced IT Knowledge: Familiarity with business rules, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ETL tools like Informatica PowerCenter, and platforms such as Peoplesoft is preferred, enhancing your capability to contribute to IT solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: You're prepared to work collaboratively in a team setting, bringing your experience and knowledge to contribute to the collective goals of the organization.

This is what we offer you

  • a gross monthly salary between € 4.068,- and € 5.811,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week).
  • 13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
  • an Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or even receiving a monthly cash pay-out.
  • an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
  • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
  • a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
  • a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
  • Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
