As the Skill Group M anager IT , you will play a critical role in supporting the success of Kramp and its IT information analysts. With your passion for leading teams and focus on delivering results you make sure the teams are performing at their best. You will be reporting to the Director of IT and together ensure that the teams are well-equipped to facilitate growth.

Things that will keep you busy if you join our team as a Skill Group Manager:

Lead and manage the IT information analysts, ensuring they are performing at their best and meeting their goals.

Hiring and onboarding new employees.

Working together with other Skill group managers to align the organisation and community standards.

Work closely with the Product Owners (POs) to jointly ensure the teams are delivering the expected results and assisting with Capacity planning when needed.

Stimulating happiness and satisfaction by developing the hard and soft skills of the information analysts allow for career growth within Kramp.

Responsible for the teams’ employee net promoter score (eNPS), team health, retention rate, and personal development of people.

Connect with the People Team(HR), Agile Coaches and the Director of IT to ensure the teams are well-equipped to grow and help the company expand.

Responsible for the performance cycle.

Experience as a leader or manager in IT.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in an IT Information Analyst/Application Consultant role is a plus.

Eager to for self learning, developing and personal growth.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Cultural sensitivity and flexibility in connecting with people.
