We are looking for a young financial graduate, who wants to join the Danone Business Services Benelux team as an Accountant in our Procure to Pay (P2P) team and who wants to grow into a next finance job within 18 months. Your first mission in Finance – Procure to Pay Accountant
You will start as an Accountant in our P2P team which is part of our Danone Business Service organization. Danone Business Services Benelux provides business services for finance, employee services and expert activities to all business units in the Benelux. The primary location is in the Netherlands, Rijswijk with some positions in Belgium, Brussels for proximity reasons. The Danone Business Service team consists of approximately 100 people, with over 20 different nationalities.

The P2P team (in total 17 FTEs) is responsible for the Procure to Pay process and Travel & Expense reimbursement process cross our 16 operating companies (including 2 global organizations in the Netherlands).

Your first job, P2P Accountant, will introduce you to the core business of finance and to Danone as a company . It will be expanded with projects and deep-dive assignments within the P2P accounting field . In this role, you are responsible for managing efficiently, compliant and timely vendor invoices posting & payment including query resolution with the different business contacts. You will contribute to the quality of the monthly Accounts Payable closing process, and the justification of Accounts Payable balances. You will report to the Procure to Pay Team Lead.

Next to this, you will be working on the automation of the processes to make them more efficient. New IS Solutions, Continuous improvement; six sigma and lean are key words that excite you ! In order to do this, you need to easily connect and communicate with the business . Depending on your personal preferences, learning objectives and the opportunities within the company, you will move to another finance position after approximate 18 months.

Next to finance positions in the Danone Business Service team like internal or financial control, master data management or employee services, you can also expand your horizon in business controlling in one of the business units or factories, on a Benelux level or to our global team at Hoofddorp. There is a huge variety of roles within Danone Finance , so based on your talents we will define your best next step! Moreover, you will be working in a highly international environment with the possibilities to work abroad if you are up for it.

About you

About you
You are just graduated or you have up to 1 year of experience . You have a finance educational background, HBO or WO, and you have some relevant experience (i.e. an internship or other extracurricular activities). You are eager to learn, analytical strong and not afraid to challenge the status quo . You feel comfortable in communicating with different people, backgrounds and cultures. Good communication skills in English are a must and Dutch is a plus.
