We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Integration manager. The ideal candidate is someone who dislikes loose ends in projects, always keeps operational excellence and the Frontline at the forefront of their mind and enjoys helping other teams achieve frictionless (software) delivery. This individual should be able to set up a clear strategy and vision for our department, thrive in the Service Delivery movement, and empower other teams to do the same.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal customers/stakeholders from various (business technology) teams such as HR Tech, Supply Chain, Finance & Sourcing, ICT, Data and Sales & Marketing.
  • Facilitating all Business Technology teams to become operationally in control by establishing strategies, policies, and procedures that foster high-quality and efficient documentation, support, and monitoring.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, monitoring & support platforms, to facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Facilitating the initial rollout of these platforms for key users and process owners.
  • Maintain roadmap according to central program management structure, to ensure full transparency on status and progress of solutions that are being developed and implemented.
  • Collaborate with other Service Integration Specialists and support them in their journey to empower teams with this new capability.
  • Setting up a uniform way of incidentmanagement, problem management, post-incident reviews and other ITIL best practices.
  • Continuously exploring and experimenting with new monitoring and support tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve operational control and enhance our ways of working.
  • Exploring the advantages of implementing AI in our documentation and support, with the aim of increasing efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.

YOU ARE:

Highly energetic, humble, and possess a sense of humour. High on content, low on ego. You are naturally curious, analytical, and adept at applying rapidly changing technology to address business needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to driving excellence. Moreover, you have:

  • At least 5 years of work experience in IT-solution and/orservice delivery.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL
  • Experience working in an Agile environment. Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Experience with Service Now or Jira Service Management would be a great pro.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are a team player.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Enthusiasm and passion, you know how to inspire people to achieve their goals.
