This is a great opportunity for an ambitious commercial controller to take leadership on everything related to Digital (Ecommerce), Business Technology and Format & Design in a fast-growth environment.You will manage and improve the Plan & Control cycle for these teams with data driven decision making.

As a Business Controller,you will report directly to the Head of Group Control. You will support the fast-growing Digital business in planning and delivering its goals fuelled by a strong omni CRM approach. Moreover, you will support our senior management with insights on our continuously expanding store base with insights on capex, store maintenance and ICT.

You are part of the central Control & Analytics team, stationed in Amsterdam. Your role include:

• Act as a business partner of our global Digital team with a leading role inplanning, analysis and reporting in close coordination with Market Control
• Lead the Planning & Control (i.e. forecasting / Business Reviews) cycle for senior management of Digital, F&D and Business Technology.
• Improve insights by developing new standards for Digital topline forecasting and capex reporting with our Reporting & BI team
• Provide support for decision making with executive presentations during Plan & Control cyclefor Group Control
• Execute and Develop the Plan & Control cycle for your budget drivers: from accurate planning, insightful reporting to business cases.

THIS IS YOU

• Master’s degree in business economics related fields, preferably in combination with a RC-degree
• Approx. 6-8 years of experience as aBusinessController
• Strong analytical, communicating, change management and consulting skills
• Work experience within Ecommerce or Retail in a commercial environmentis a pre
• StrongEnglishverbal and written language skills are required.
