Top 3 responsibilities

• Working closely together with 2 development teams in the Business Intelligence area to optimize business processes, enabling team members to work more efficiently every day

• Continuously improve the Scaled Agile way of working throughout the area

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies for teams and the whole area, to identify dependencies and remove impediments

You will collaborate closely with 2 squads within CITO Business Intelligence area. These squads focus on FEC management information and create a reporting suite to improve our FEC performance. These products are high priority, content driven but process savvy and involve complex stakeholder management.

You and your talent

You are a pro-active team player with a strong mentality to get things done. You demonstrate the ability to persuade and inspire others while also having an aptitude for attentive listening and building connections. You help your teams to find practical solutions for their everyday challenges. You have good knowledge of different coaching and agile techniques/frameworks as well as considerable experience in agile working environments.

What are we looking for?

• Education level: Master degree Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Change Management or equivalent working experience.

• 4 years of proven Scrum Master experience.

• Agile Certifications: PSM I certificate, a PSM II or III certificate is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in a complex IT organisations & Business intelligence.

• Experience with a Scaled Agile way of working.

• Experience in coaching individuals and teams to take advantage of an Agile WoW

• Knowledge of financial processes, risk management and banking is a plus
