Together we achieve more than alone

We believe in the power of difference. Bringing together people's differences is what makes us an even better bank. So we are very curious about what you can bring to our team at TM Control Standards.

‘It is a dynamic environment with a ‘young team’ of driven experts who work together with a hands-on mentality. You work independently on various topics, but also together on larger issues. ‘

You have daily contact with team members with whom you work on common topics and we have biweekly meetings with the entire team. The atmosphere is open with a dose of humor, but you have to like working with deadlines under some pressure.’

The 20 colleagues from PPQ (Procedures, Processes and Quality) are jointly responsible for the subject and realization of the automated process of alert handling within Transaction Monitoring, in accordance with TM Vison. In that way TM Operations is able to investigate the alerts with good quality and the right depth.’
