As an Accounting Employeeat FincoEnergies you will be responsible for the financial administration of multiple entities. This includes performing period-end reconciliations and checks in the accounting system to ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting and annual statements. It also involves preparing CBS and VAT returns, generating and providing management information, and overseeing process optimization.

You will become part of our rapidly growing International Marine division, where you will report to the Financial Director. Are you ready for this accurate position in which you contribute to energy transition?

Your responsibilities as an Accounting Employee:

• Manage daily financial operations, including processing purchase, sales, and bank transactions, and validating invoices for accuracy.
• Posting invoices to the appropriate cost centers, responding to supplier inquiries, and managing internal recharges.
• Process daily bank statements, set up payments, and reconcile intercompany positions.
• Generate reports on accounts receivable and payable, provide reports on outstanding invoices to the sales department, and create specific reports related to outstanding items.
• Archiving documents, both physically and digitally, ensuring proper numbering and archiving procedures.

• System design and implementation with a deep understanding of how actions and decisions affect system components.
• Actively building and maintaining knowledge and experience, sharing and developing expertise, with ambition and flexibility correlating to experience.
• Ability to adapt approaches and styles in specific situations, both internally and externally, without sacrificing the goal.
• Proficiency in addressing urgent issues and overcoming obstacles through creative solutions or collaborations to achieve set goals.
• Maintaining a dual focus on both goal achievement and process quality to attain the desired results.

As our new Front Runner you bring:

• You have a vocational level of education (MBO);
• You have 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role;
• You are result-driven, enthusiastic, proactive, and accurate;
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics, Blue10 and Excel;
• Knowledge of and experience in the field of fuels or energy is a plus.
