This Enterprise fintech scale-up has independently grown to a point where they do around €10 Million in annual recurring revenue and are being used by companies like ASML, Tata Steel and Samsonite. An American PE firm has recognized huge potential in this company and recently acquired it, with the goal to grow the company now exponentially! With a new CEO in place, they are now building a new go-to-market team, reshaping the culture and getting ready to shoot for the stars.

The role

As Chief of Staff, it is your goal to implement the new strategy, work closely with the CEO and be responsible for several high impact projects. When starting, you will be tasked with establishing processes, tooling and analytics within the Go-To-Market team. When this bigger projects is finished, you will be enrolled in other cross functional projects and will eventually get the chance to become global head of a department.

Your profile

-A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Sales/Revenue or Business Operations

-Master's degree

-Highly analytical

-A hands-on mentality

-Experience in consulting or investment banking (highly preferred)
