Are you a skilled professional with expertise in business change, analytics, and a profound understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), Sanctions legislation, and Fraud? Imagine playing a pivotal role in overseeing DLL’s global AML, CTF & Sanctions and Fraud ("FEC") Program and driving transformative changes across the global network. Due to team expansion, we are actively seeking multiple individuals for the role of Financial Crime Compliance Officer.

As a Financial Crime Compliance Officer, your focus will encompass managing and advising on AML, CTF, Transaction Monitoring (TM), Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC). Your responsibilities span policies, practices, processes, regulation, operational effectiveness, oversight, and governance, ensuring compliance with legislation and requirements. Your role is instrumental in safeguarding DLL worldwide against money laundering, terrorism financing, anti-bribery and corruption, sanction violations, and fraud.

Day to day:

Risk Oversight and Management:

  • Create insights and oversight of risks related to money laundering, terrorism financing, sanction violations, and fraud across the DLL organization.
  • Support senior management and relevant Committees in oversight, driving necessarybusiness changes and key processes.

Strategic Business Change:

  • Translate requirements to business operations (systems, tooling) aligning with DLL's strategic objectives.

Second Line Monitoring and Quality Assurance:

  • Utilize working experience in second-line monitoring, quality assurance, oversight, and reporting.

Business Change Management:

  • Provide a strong focus on business change management, advising business units, the compliance network, IT/OPS, and other stakeholders on the FEC program.

Data Analysis and Oversight:

  • Leverage strong data analysis skills, acknowledging the growing importance of data in the AML landscape.

Global Compliance Network Oversight:

  • Have oversight over the FEC activities in the global compliance network.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a strong sparring partner for stakeholders, demonstrating thorough knowledge of business processes and relevant laws and regulations.

Alignment with Banking/Leasing Products:

  • Apply working experience in business change combined with in-depth knowledge of compliance themes AML, CTF, Sanctions, ABC, and Fraud, preferably in banking/leasing products.

Essentials:

  • University degree (e.g., Law, Forensics, Criminology).
  • Extensive knowledge of Wwft, Wft, Sanctions law 1977 (ACAMS preferred).
  • Consultancy skills, delivery power, business change, and data analysis and program management skills.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Compliance AML (or Compliance-related fields) with demonstrable expertise in CDD, AML, CTF, sanctions, and/or fraud.
  • Experience within the Financial Services industry.
  • Team player and self-starter with strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Tech-savvy and hands-on mentality.
  • Passion for compliance and eagerness to learn.
  • Analytical in nature with excellent attention to detail without losing the broader picture.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience working within an international context
