The Role:
As an Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will navigate through a spectrum of tasks, leading installation projects for electrical systems. Whether orchestrating complex electrical installations or overseeing the implementation of a new LED lighting system, your work will contribute to the sustainable development of the Netherlands. Based in The Hague, you will have the opportunity to further refine your skills as a project leader, riding the growth wave of Heijmans.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and budgets, discussing them with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion.
• Supervise and lead work planners, technicians, and direct or indirect subcontractors.
• Monitor and control project execution.
• Ensure the (financial) progress of projects, reporting to the contract manager/manager due to your budget responsibility.
• Organize and lead meetings.
• Exchange knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain communication with clients.

Requirements:

• At least MBO 4-level education with an electrical engineering background.
• Preferably affinity with mechanical and structural engineering tasks.
• Extensive experience in leadership roles, preferably as a project manager.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
