For our Head Quarters in Amersfoort, The Netherlands , we are looking for a Finance manager .

Purpose
As our Finance manager you are fully responsible for timely and accurate data recording and reporting for all international EWT NV related entities (UK, Germany, Italy, India, US), including consolidation.
You are also responsible for managing finance the team on execution of the daily financial activities, including debit & credit invoices and follow up of administrative checks and balances for all EWT entities.

Place in the organisation
You report to the Finance Director and will be will be in frequent contact with finance colleagues all over the world, clients, suppliers, authorities and other stakeholders.

Principle activities
• Managing a team of 3-4 accountants / finance administrators.
• Managing & handling the monthly and annual close process, including meeting all financial reporting deadlines and presenting the results to management, explaining all variances
• Overseeing the monthly consolidation process for EWT entities.
• Coordinate the annual audit process and prepare the annual statutory accounts
• Keeping up to date with IFRS reporting
• Proactively suggest improvements for statutory annual report, including disclosures, source data requirements, and input from various departments.
• Develop, update, and upkeep the comprehensive accounting manual relevant for internal processing and presentation of all key financial statement elements.
• Application owner for (the new to implement) InforLN

Requirements
• Master in Accounting, Economics or equivalent
• 5 years’ experience in an international environment
• Experience in a medium to large international organization and good knowledge of: Dutch GAAP, IFRS and audits of annual accounts
• Experience with implementation of a ERP system (preferably InforLN)
• Fluent in English and preferably one other European language
• Experience in a project-oriented organization
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Management experience
