The financial department of Return consists of a solid team of 3 professionals. In connection with the further professionalization of the organization, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Finance Manager

The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible for the financial accounting of Return and its subsidiaries and reports to the Managing Director (MD) of Return. As a sparring partner of and reporting to the Board, he/she has a critical role in the ongoing professionalization of the financial organization and monitors the realization of efficient financial processes, manageability, efficiency and real time accurate financial management information.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Managing the process for Return's audited consolidated annual reports
• Financial reporting on consolidated and subsidiary level for management and investors
• Financial budgeting and liquidity forecast analysis
• Implementation of procedures to improve control on Group and subsidiary level
• Building and maintaining good relationships with the CFO’s of the subsidiaries. As well as with external contacts such as bankers, tax authorities and accountants.

Candidate:

• University grade (accounting or similar)
• 7-12 years experience in financial control, audit
• Experience in entrepreneurial/high growth companies is pre
• HANDS ON MENTALITY, crux for success
• Experience in project driven organisations, e.g. project development
• Experience with exact online and with ERP implementation projects
• Internal experience, preferably Spain
• Dutch and English fluent, preferably Spanish minimum basic/advanced level
