Then the position of Junior Consultant might be something for you! As Junior Consultant you get the opportunity to be trained by our Consultants in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) so you can quickly grow!

What will you do?

As Junior Consultant you will map the financial processes of companies together with your colleagues. This allows management to determine the course of their business based on accurate, reliable and up-to-date information. You will make the work of Finance teams easier and more fun! Cool right?

You will receive a learning path from the best CPM Professionals to eventually become an independent CPM consultant. In this path, we train you professionally, but you also get the opportunity to gain practical experience immediately. Once you have started with us, you can start your first project after the 2-week induction program! We’ll also take you out right away, so before you know it, you’ll be visiting our clients. Of course, we will show you all facets of the profession so you will be trained as broadly as possible. Within Cpmview, with your mentor, you will draw up a development plan that will allow you to grow in knowledge, experience and responsibilities.

After approximately two years as Junior Consultant, you will be ready for the next step. After this, you will grow in your responsibilities. From a certain moment in your career, you will choose a direction in which you will be guided. Do you want to become a Project Manager? Or do you prefer Business Advisory? Or do you want to remain a consultant and become a Principal Consultant? Or would you rather focus on the technical side of the work? It is all possible!

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is interested in Finance and IT and enjoys working with our customers to optimize their financial processes. Furthermore, we are of course looking for someone who wants to learn quickly and thinks about solutions. You like to immerse yourself in one or several software solutions and you get energy from building reports so that our customers can inform their various stakeholders. You don’t mind traveling to different places in the country in your leased car. Furthermore, you have:

• A completed HBO or WO education.
• Work experience is not necessary!
• In possession of driving license B
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
