HR Business Partner, this is your challange

Reporting to the EMEA HR Lead, our new HR Business Partner will assist the Supply Chain & Manufacturing department, as well as other departments within the Support space, including Finance and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR representative for diverse teams across multiple locations
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing expert guidance and coaching
• Handle complex employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
• Ensure legal compliance and reduce risks through in-depth knowledge of employment laws
• Develop processes and SOPs for efficient people operations
• Investigate and resolve escalated employee concerns and issues
• Collaborate on HR transactions, systems, data integrity, and international HR projects

as a HR Business Partner you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 7+ years of HR experience, including several years as an HRBP in a fast-paced international environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders and manage HR projects
• Background in manufacturing environment and project management expertise
• Self-driven with a focus on customer service, effective communication, and collaboration
• Proficient in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
