Facility Officer

As Facility Officer (facilitair medewerker) you will be responsible for the delivery of high quality facility services in the areas of: safety matters and access control, general maintenance, lease car management, health & safety (BHV), catering, security and supporting of (marketing) departments in case of workshops and small events. Lease car and building management will be an important part of your daily activities.

Other working activities will be:

§ Being in charge the Handyman (scheduling and supporting)

§ Support management in facility related activities, including but not limited to contract negotiations;

§ Support the execution of cost management, control and checking of re-curing costs;

§ Execution of all Facility related administration (controlling facility invoices);

§ Ordering of facility related matters, such as: office supplies, maintenance materials;

§ Continuous quality improvement of Facility services;

§ General assistance to the Facility Team Leader and back up for other team members;

What are we looking for?

The Facility Officer has the following knowledge and experience:

§ HBO degree, preferably in Facility Management

§ Preferably experience with lease car management

§ One to Five years working experience in a Facility Department in a similar function

§ Fluent in Dutch and English both written and verbal

§ Advanced user with MS office
