We are seeking an experienced Facility Coordinator for Schneider Electric in Helmond. In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of facility-related tasks, including coordinating hard services, energy management, and maintaining contact with the landlord at a tactical level. You will advise management on real estate, sustainability issues, and investments, overseeing the facility management process to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing energy performance and decarbonization programs according to SERE manager guidelines. Managing and optimizing facility costs, setting goals and action plans, guiding building investments, and ensuring proper execution in collaboration with external and internal suppliers are also part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and supporting audits related to facility management and adhering to relevant work instructions and procedures are essential. Furthermore, maintaining a clean and organized workplace in accordance with 5S standards is part of your duties. - HBO degree in real estate, engineering, or (sustainable) technology; - Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, with a focus on real estate, maintenance, and/or sustainability; - Proactive with conflict resolution skills; - Reliable and discreet in managing significant capex investments; - Fully dedicated and flexible to consistently meet business demands and strive for service improvement; - Excellent digital skills; - Ability to tackle challenges, be challenged, and build open relationships with internal and external stakeholders (contractors/suppliers); - Capable of making timely decisions without losing sight of the bigger picture and/or long-term goals; - Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch (preferred) and English.
