As a F&B Cost Controller, you'll contribute outstanding communication and strong analytical skills to our team. You will oversee the procurement, analysis, and management of all food and beverage costs in accordance with industry best practices across the Netherlands. As a trusted business partner for all stakeholders in the region, you'll generate valuable insights that enhance the efficiency, excellence, and productivity of our finance department. The F&B Cost Controller will be dedicated to delivering a substantial financial impact. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and Maintain the P2P-system (Fourth/Adaco) for all Food and Beverages purchases and requisitions, flag issues and follow up on them and if needed escalate them to the E-procurement or Finance department; - Be in the lead for the month end stock taking for all outlets in all hotels and ensure: - Valid month end stock values; - Communication to/first point of contact for all the departments; - Reaching deadlines as communicated by the (Senior) Business Controller; - Constancy throughout the region. - Maintain the stock lists and follow up on pricing and quantity issues on the list. - Support in cost pricing analyses within the region for Food and Beverage also by doing competitor checks. - Monitor if the pricing in the Food & Beverage POS System conforms with the menus and adjust in liaison with the F&B Managers. - Investigate the differences between the actual and theoretical results and report to management where the variances are; - Follow up on those differences and make sure they will be tackled; - Monitor consumption and waste levels within the company; - Monitor voids in the Food & Beverage POS System and report any shortages, losses, or suspicious movements to management; - Preparation of Outlet weekly, monthly & yearly P&L's. - Maintain crucial
