This position will be a part of a global IT team responsible for defining, implementing, supporting, and managing Warehouse management system running in a Zebra-managed warehouse. Candidate should have experience in designing and running Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) WMS with a focus on distribution, repair services and contract manufacturing. This position is based in a flagship distribution center and candidate will be challenged to work with lot of innovative products and integrate these products with WMS to showcase innovation in warehouses.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a high level of creativity and expertise developing business solutions for Oracle EBS R12 and cloud-based SaaS applications.
• An understanding of DC shopfloor process, WMS systems and supply chain modules like Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, WIP, order management and receiving. It includes but not limited to Oracle EBS configuration/set-up, writing test scenarios/scripts, executing tests and move to production release.
• Identify and solve complex technical supply chain problems by providing configuration/setups, and make corrections and changes as needed for Oracle EBS, other SaaS applications (GTM, OTM, E2Open platform) and various partner EDI interfaces.
• Be part of Agile team and follow Agile principles in delivering value to the business via sprints by completing Jira user stories and epics.
• Participate as required in all respects of IT integration development, documentation, test, support steady state operations and maintenance for supply chain operation.
• Partnering with IT and business teams addressing problems, articulating innovative solutions, conducting demos, and sharing best practices.
• Lead offshore technical/functional resources as required to deliver enhancements and other fixes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Oracle EBS WMS on-prem application along with a sound knowledge of all the shipping, receiving and inventory APIs.We are looking for someone who will help us with our existing Oracle WMS & 3PL solutions and then help migrate it to the cloud
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is highly preferred
• Must understand the dataflow and table structure of Oracle on Prem modules like Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management, WIP, Shipping, Receiving etc.
• Should have good understanding and experience of Oracle REST API’s, Webservices, DBCS, VBCSwith basic idea of Oracle Integration Cloud(OIC)
• Understand and be flexible to adopt Agile as well as waterfallmethodologies of project management
• Expertise in PL/SQL development not limited to Business events, Workflows, Web services & ADF applications
• Exposure to XML Publisher Reports
• Experience in using migrations tools like Flex deploy, HP-Kintana Migrator etc.
• Analyze, Design, Develop and test Oracle RICEW components with Strong Pl/SQL (packages, procedure, triggers) skills
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documents for the solution
• Continuously review opportunities for improvement in how Oracle platforms are leveraged and bring best practices to the forefront
• Provide general technical support for Oracle system and work with Oracle and Other vendors to develop and design solutions
• Own the technical solution for the project and deliver objects on time with minimal guidance.
• Design and build solutions and facilitate testing with cross-functional teams across region
• Understand technical issues related to the code, configuration, and performance of the applications. Develop and Troubleshoot Reports/Integrations/extensions.
• Ensure compliance with development and configuration standards and procedures
• Effective written and verbal communication in English
• Coordinate activities related to patches and upgrades to the application system software or hardware
• Understands and be flexible to be part of a 24*7 critical system maintenance and support environment
