You and your job As Product manager List Management FEC Sanctions Control Standards, you play a critical role in ensuring that Rabobank meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages Sanctions lists. You have the opportunity to contribute to the vision on list management, design and implementation of our global lists to enhance the bank's compliance with Sanctions regulations and our ability to manage sanctions risks effectively. You do this from the Control Standards Sanctions department, part of the Sanctions domain within the FEC organization. You work closely with your colleagues in Control Standards and the colleagues in the FEC Tech domain who deliver on development and technical deployment of our lists. Creating impact You are responsible for developing our vision and roadmap for List management You are responsible for the requirement setting and implementation of accurate, efficient and well-implemented Sanctions lists that comply with all relevant laws and regulations. In the role of list owner, you manage the global lists that are owned by FEC Sanctions and are responsible for proper maintenance of our global procedure on list management You involve various stakeholders in FEC Tech for technical deployment and support local list owners with their questions You work closely in a team with colleagues, team leads and managers within all Sanctions/FEC departments globally. You and your talent Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree; You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience with list management in a dynamic banking environment, and have broader knowledge or relevant experience in the field of Sanctions and FEC related topics; Extensive knowledge and experience in the area of Sanctions Law, Wwft, Sanctions compliance and regulations, with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and emerging trends; You are familiar with the primary banking processes, products and systems and are well aware of the way of working of a bank/Rabobank with regards to Sanctions and FEC; You are strong in communication and able to bring complex matters to the fore in an understandable way; You have persuasive power and are able to get things and people moving to achieve your goals; You are good at process-based thinking and simplifying things; You are driven to continuously keep your knowledge up to date with new developments in the industry; Working in a dynamic environment is no problem for you; You master the English language in word and writing. This is what we offer you Scale 8 or 9, depending on your knowledge and experience. With a maximum of € 5.811,03 Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance. An extra budget of 11 % of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
