Team Empowerment: Empower and guide cross-functional teams to self-organization and continuous improvement. Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, promoting transparency and trust within the team and stakeholders. Obstacle Removal: Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. You and your talent Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a financial or related industry. In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and practices. Strong facilitation and communication skills. Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Facilitating our teams' Agile growth to the next level is your specialty.
