Head Bartender – Barbue - The Hoxton, Lloyd Amsterdam We're looking for an experienced Head Bartender to shake things up with us in Barbue. Barbue is a destination cocktail bar by award-winning mixologist, Renato Giovannoni. The bar uses drinks, music and hospitality to express the sharing of cultures between Europe and South America, while celebrating the rich history of the Lloyd building and of those that passed through - toward a better life. Barbue is a story of migration, integration and adaptation and of people coming together - Italian accented, Argentinian inspired, and situated in the grand old ticketing office of an iconic 20th Century building in Amsterdam. Reporting to our Bar Manager you will be responsible to provide a highly efficient and effective service, ensuring standards are maintained and guest needs are anticipated.
