Scrum Master - Area Unified Data Solution

  • Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining credit risk models for regulatory capital and business uses for Rabobank globally;
  • Employs around 700 colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds and countries;
  • Credit models built by Tribe Credit Analytics are used across Rabobank globally.

You and your job

Area UDS (Unified Data Solution) is responsible for the design and ongoing improvement of the Credit Model Data that will be used for IRB model development and maintenance throughout the model life-cycle, as well as for the other relevant non-capital model uses.

As a Scrum Master within the Area UDS you are part of a rapidly evolving & changing technical landscape within Tribe Credit Analytics. In your role as

Scrum Master, you will:

  • be the Scrum Master of multiple squads and develop a clear understanding of the purpose and goals of the Tribe Credit Analytics and its areas;
  • grow high performing squads with a high engagement that are able implement complex and cross functional initiatives;
  • organize, participate and contribute to area (and tribe, when necessary) rituals;
  • coach and support the Product Owner with backlog management and stakeholder management;
  • coach your squads to continuously measure and improve their performance and business impact;
  • help the squad in creating an save environment where members feel free to give and receive feedback;
  • coach individual squad members in their personal development and Agile maturity;
  • be the sparring partner for the area leadership for improving the maturity and quality of our Agile organization;
  • understand cultural differences and know how to bridge them;
  • optimize the usage of Azure DevOps to manage work and dependencies;
  • strive with your squad to improve predictability, reliability and transparency;
  • support events on Area level and contribute to the Scrum Master guild within the tribe.

You and your squad(s):

You and your talent

You are a strong team player with ability to build bridges. You are able to bring order to chaos, have a strong focus on delivery, and are not afraid to take though decisions. In addition to that, you have/are:

  • at least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master;
  • (nice to have) experience with credit risk models or management;
  • Scrum-Certifications PSM-I and PSM-II;
  • familiarity with scaled agile frameworks;
  • good understanding of team dynamics;
  • experience with coaching on Individual, Squad and Area level;
  • fluent in Dutch and English (verbally and in writing);
  • have a can-do mentality and you know how to get things done.
