Your Team:

Our MSP team is a powerhouse of cross-functional experts working in harmony to reshape the future of AI/ML productionalization at Rabobank. Currently the team has 6 developers supported by a Product Manager, Scrum Master and Solution architect. We follow scrum way of working.

To Be Successful in This Role:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in relevant Azure infrastructure and machine learning environments.

Technical Skills: Expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Terraform, and Databricks is essential.

Machine Learning Knowledge: While not mandatory, having working knowledge or experience in data science and model development is preferred.

Network Security: It's beneficial to have experience in network security and broader architectural knowledge to address security concerns and contribute to Azure-based solutions.

Affinity for Learning: An eagerness to embrace new technologies, stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends, and a commitment to continuous learning.

Inquisitive Mindset: A willingness to ask questions, explore new ideas, and maintain an open and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Development, management, and maintenance of Azure infrastructure specifically tailored for Machine Learning applications within Rabobank.
  • Utilize Terraform to build and manage infrastructure as code, ensuring scalability and reliability for machine learning projects.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning practitioners to provide infrastructure support for model development and deployment using Azure ML and Databricks.
  • Apply your knowledge of network security to ensure the secure operation of our machine learning infrastructure.
  • Contribute to broader architectural discussions, leveraging your architectural knowledge to optimize solutions.

  • Based on your experience: up to max € 95.000,00 - gross per year all in, scale 9 or max up to € 110.000,00 gross per year all in (scale 10) (depending on knowledge, skills and experience) (based on 40 hours)
  • Thirteenth month's salary
  • an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • a budget of € 750- to set up your home working space and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40
  • a personal development budget of € 1,400-
  • a combination of working from home and at the office
  • 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport
