As part of our substantial growth, we are looking for the Huttopia talents of tomorrow! For our headquarters in Utrecht, we are currently looking for a Finance Officer.

Job description:

In a multi-location organisation with strong growth, you will take care of the accounting and administrative follow-up of the Dutch and Belgian sites (supporting the holding company, campsite operation and the reservation centre).

You will work under the direction of our Head of Finance (Saskia) and in close cooperation with the finance department based in France and the local chartered accountant.

Your duties and responsibilities:

· Processing supplier invoices including preparation of payment orders;

Reconciling bank statements.

· Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.

· Assist external payroll agency in processing time registration of campsite staff;

· Preparing financial reports;

· Providing documents for quarterly and year-end closing.

Job requirements:

...completed training in business administration/accountancy (equivalent to mbo-4) and 2 years of experience in a similar position.

...excellent command of English. Dutch and French is an advantage.

What does Huttopia have to offer you?

· Salary: between €2300 and €2800 gross per month (based on experience and collective labour agreement for the travel industry);

· Contract: 1 year with the prospect to fixed contract;

· Hours: 24-32 hours per week;

· Holidays: 24 days (based on full-time) and 8% holiday allowance;

· Location: a new office in the centre of Utrecht, very easily accessible by public transport, with a roof terrace;
