Job Description:

As our Agile Coach with robust transformation skills, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisation al change and fostering Agile maturity. Your core activities will be:

  • Guide and facilitate the growth of the NIBC Agile Way of Working (WoW) across NIBC
  • Guard of the NIBC Agile Way of Working – ensuring that the ‘ model ’ remains consistent throughout NIBC
  • Monitor and provid e insight into the progress of the transformation KPI’s set
  • Apply your strong change management skills to navigate and overcome resistance, creating a positive environment for embracing Lean and Agile principles
  • Inspire, train, coach, and support stakeholders at all levels so that they continually improve in achieving their desired outcomes, using Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and SAFe methodologies
  • Demonstrate and embody Lean and Agile leadership principles.
  • Empathize with people's situations while encouraging them to continuously improve, considering the diverse needs and requirements of various cultures
  • Actively lead the Agile Center of Expertise
  • Facilitate and encourage participation in various other Center of Expertise's where expertise is shared and further developed

You will join the Transformation Office, a diverse team of seven individuals who collectively drive the ongoing changes in our bank via our Agile WoW M odel . What do you bring?

  • We believe this position is suitable for a professional with approximately 5+ years’ experience in A gile Transformation initiatives as consultant or as part of an (scaled) agile organi s ation in a typical agile role (RTE, PO , CPO, SM)

  • You are an expert in ( Lean and Agile) Leadership with experience in coaching organi s ations , teams, and individuals

  • You foster transformation and continually improve yourself and the organi s ation

  • You are an eager professional who gets energized by working together with a team

  • You have a proven record of accomplishment of teaching, coaching and/or mentoring

  • You are result-driven

  • You go the extra mile when necessary

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch

  • You are certified or will ing to certify in SAFe , PSPO I , PSPO II and Lean Portfolio Management .
