Job Description

We’re looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing leader to run our C-level (CxO) engagement marketing and thought leadership efforts across EMEA & LATAM. You will partner with EMEA & LATAM Exec Leadership, Regional Chief Security Officer (CSO) teams, and Regional marketing leadership teams, along with Global CxO and Brand teams to build data-driven plans supporting Portfolio and regional sales strategies. As someone who understands how to build and maintain CxO relationships, you will generate awareness at the C-level and drive quality engagement with a target contribution for the business. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning, field and program marketing experience - and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves alongside the rest of our team.

Your Impact

  • Build, execute, measure, and continuously optimize the marketing plan for CxO engagement and thought leadership in EMEA & LATAM, with the goal to drive portfolio adoption
  • Become the ‘go-to’ person for CxO marketing and act as the advocate/evangelist for our CxO marketing strategy.Partner and develop a trusted peer relationship with the Regional CSO team, sales leadership and cross functional leaders on the overall strategy and expected CxO marketing results
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships with our CXO community members and use this input to enhance the program. Able to communicate with gravitas and comfortable in customer facing scenarios with senior executives
  • Work closely with EMEA & LATAM marketing leadership to build a strategic investment plan to adequately support needs across countries, partners and routes-to-market
  • Work collaboratively with the global brand marketing team and Regional CSO teams to develop programs, determine scale, desired outcomes, and how to measure success
  • Directly execute and own a broad range of critical components of your marketing strategy focused on top accounts, industries and segments, using the full marketing mix
  • Work with the Regional marketing teams to support them in driving local CxO and thought leadership programs across EMEA & LATAM
  • Deliver results that support pipeline creation across the broad portfolio and CxO engagement targets across multiple countries and sales regions
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s EMEA & LATAM business including sales history, CxO contact coverage analysis, and thought-leadership opportunities
  • Use data and strategic account insight to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics, as well as drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Communicate program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • At least 10+ years best-in-class marketing experience within a Cybersecurity, high tech or fast-paced B2B, marketing environment, preferably with an understanding of security and its role in the future of technology
  • A strong influencer and collaborator, comfortable with executive-level stakeholder management, able to communicate with confidence and gravitas
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • “Do whatever it takes” attitude. A unique and proven ability to develop strategy and execute, day in and day out, at an incredibly high level against consistent results
  • Excellent project management skills, with a high sense of urgency, as well as exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to identify and enlist key industry speakers to support flagship events
  • Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
  • Ability to influence across the organization - advocate for needs of stakeholders and mobilize cross-functional teams
  • Hands on experience with CRM tools and common business-intelligence / dashboarding applications
  • Strategic thinker that can align plans to drive an outcome
  • Provide consultative input to senior sales and marketing leaders
  • Solid understanding of business management and operations, including finance, revenue and pipeline principles
  • Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and running C-level executive programs
  • People management experience is essential (the role manages a Marketing Specialist)
  • Willingness to learn, embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks, see effort as a path to mastery, learn from feedback and find lessons and inspiration in the success of others
  • Strong understanding of key to-to-market agencies and 3rd party organizations that will enable success
