Process Mapping and Optimization: - Analyze and document existing business processes related to EV charging operations. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the SaaS platform. 3. Data Analysis: - Conduct data analysis to extract insights and support decision-making related to user behavior, system performance, and overall platform effectiveness. - Work closely with data engineers to define data requirements and ensure data integrity. 4. User Story Development: - Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for development teams. - Collaborate with developers to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and objectives. 5. Quality Assurance and Testing: - Develop and execute test plans to validate that implemented features meet business requirements. - Collaborate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure a high level of software quality. 6. Documentation: - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process workflows, system requirements, and user manuals. - Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders, including the sales team and clients. 7. Stakeholder Communication: - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and objectives. - Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, challenges, and solutions.
