As a Facility Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of facility tasks essential for the smooth running of business operations. These include: - Coordinating hard services  - Energy management  - Maintaining tactical contacts with the landlord  You will advise management on real estate, sustainability issues, and investments, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a role in implementing energy performance and decarbonization programs according to SERE manager guidelines. Managing facility costs, setting goals and action plans, guiding investments in the building, and overseeing execution in collaboration with external and internal suppliers are also part of your responsibilities. You will also be responsible for facility audits and compliance with relevant procedures. Additionally, you will contribute to a clean and organized workplace according to 5S standards.
