Our Strategy Transformation and Architecture practice is specialized in designing and implementing solutions for business challenges in in the financial sector. The challenges are primarily strategic in nature, and typically involve the full value chain. The assignments can relate to topics such as system landscape renewal, redesign of data architecture, regulatory changes, process optimization, business integration and separation, location strategies.

The Strategy Transformation and Architecture practice is an international and growing practice. Our consultants grow from all-round business analysts into business architects or SME's in the financial sector. They work on diverse assignments as business analysis, process modelling, process and data analysis and product and project management. Their personal growth is supported by a dedicated training program, which we are continuously developing.

As a Business Consultant (Analyst) you have a curious mind and always willing to ask questions. You are able to gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them to detailed requirements which can be used for software development. You are a team player who will often work with multidisciplinary team members depending on client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Work as an all-round business consultant on client assignments in the financial sector
• Gather business requirements and transform them into smaller chunks of work.
• Working with business and IT stakeholders to write user stories/requirement documents.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to develop solutions or software. Contribute to the further development of the practice (such as creating client propositions, training programs, international development of the practice).

Requirements

You are/have:

• A bachelor's in business, IT or similar
• 3 years or more of relevant work experience in Financial Services industry
• Understanding of various software development methodologies
• Experience with consulting, business transformations and project management are a plus
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
