You will get the opportunity to join Synechron's Young Professional Program and work in a DevOps team which is responsible for making an impact in global financial markets.

You will learn and get experienced in automated testing, data analyses and many other skills. You will be working in the heart of our clients' business as one of the specialists who are supporting the banks ambition in building software for more than 5 million end-users whilst utilizing a DevOps way of working.

Program overview

Synechron has developed a unique Young Professional Program together with her clients and Partners. The program is specifically designed for recent graduates (a maximum of two years work experience) with a strong ambition and drive to have a career within the financial services environment. Thanks to our leading technology position in the market, in-depth knowledge of financial services, and consulting experience, Synechron has the unique capability to help you grow as a consultant. We will teach you technical expertise, broader IT and consulting skills and financial markets domain knowledge. Our partnership with our clients means that you can immediately put your new knowledge and skills into practice. After completion of the program, you will join one of our clients and get the possibility of a permanent job-position.

The first month of the program exists of intensive technical and functional training. After the first month you will continue to have training, knowledge sessions and coaching. Besides the training, you will build up working experience and training on the job at one of our clients located in Amsterdam. Your gained knowledge will be assessed and awarded with the relevant diplomas and certificates.

Your profile

• A Master's degree, preferably in a technical area with strong IT component - e.g. Industrial Engineering, (Business) Information Management, Finance, Computer Science, Math, Informatics, Econometrics etc.
• Affinity with IT and/or Data
• An interest in Financial Services
• Awareness of Data, Cloud technologies, Agile or DevOps is a pre
• Good communicator, entrepreneurial, analytical, ambitious, and result-oriented
• A basic level of understanding of the Dutch Language
• A team player, service oriented, and someone who enjoys working with customers and sharing knowledge with co-workers
• Must be eligible to work in The Netherlands.
