TCP reduces the CO2 footprint of your pipeline infrastructure with more than 50% compared to steel. Following the recent completion of a EUR 29m investment round at the end of 2022, they are looking forward to enabling future growth and supporting the sustainability goals of the market with their innovative solutions (goal 2025 €90-100M). To support this growth and the next phase of professionalization the position of Business Process Analyst is created.

Core focus position:

  • Ownership of building modern management, reporting & data framework, which support data-driven decision making (KPI's/BI)
  • Key-user ERP system ISAH: optimize processes, test the software and provide internal training and support for the business
  • Business Partner: support the business with data-insights, KPI dashboards (BI), business cases and optimalisation projects
  • Stakeholders: MT (CEO, CTO, FD, HR, Project Director, Operations Director), finance and the business

We are looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial Business Process Manager who can actively help build and make an impact on the strategic growth of Strohm. Within Strohm there is an enormous amount of data available. It’s up to you to turn this into valuable business insights! Working side

by side with the business, you will play a pivotal role in this transition. As the Business Process Analyst, you are the right hand of the Finance Director. You work closely together with the Manager Finance and Reporting, Business Control and the business (Operations, HR, Finance, Projects)

As the Business Process Analyst, you will map the current structure and data sources within Strohm and investigate the possibilities in which these can be linked. Working closely with management and finance, you will identify the information needs of the various stakeholders. You develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards (BI). You proactively support the business in using the dashboards to ensure an optimal end-user experience. You are also expected to look at the story behind the data. You have deep insight into the operational performance of the production process. Through your analyses, in which all data is combined, valuable insights will emerge that directly impact performance. Based on the requirements from the business, you set up KPI’s. This could be machine uptime rate, production attainment, cycle time, production capacity rate, and unused capacity costs.

In this newly created position, you have the unique opportunity to create valuable insights and build cross-functional relationships throughout the entire organisation.

Good to know

Being the go-to person for all sorts of data analytics, you will be involved in multiple ad hoc analysis coming from business. One moment you are busy with an analysis of opening or closing certain orders, the other moment you are making a case about an investment in the new production line and production location. In addition, you will be given the freedom to improve and deepen various (management) reports to improve and deepen them. Examples include expanding the monthly reporting for real-time data, cash forecasting and insights in large-tender CAPEX projects.

You ask the right questions to get to the underlying drivers or arguments, understand the (chain) impact of variances, have a strong eye for detail and a collaborative mindset. You see transforming (raw) data into actionable business insights as a puzzle, and won’t give up until you solved it!

  • Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • 3-5 years of experience as an analyst or (business) controller. Preferably experience in an international, commercially driven company
  • Experience and/or affinity with BI tooling (Qlikview, Tableau or PowerBI)
  • Knowledge of ERP system ISAH is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, Dutch is a plus
  • Able to connect and align with many stakeholders
  • Tech savvy: You have a passion for optimizing and making improvements and look pro-active for tools and developments that make the job more efficient easier, faster and even more fun
  • Proactive, have a hands-on and curious mentality, and do not hesitate to take ownership
