You and your job

As a CDD analyst you will enable Rabo Foundation to keep on building reliable partnerships. The organizations we support play a meaningful role in the society. To support them it is key that we know them and conduct a Customer Due Diligence (CDD). Because integrity matters and it is the foundation for building a strong partnership so that together we can realize positive change.

In your role you will be performing Event Driven- and Periodic Reviews on our Project Partners. As a CDD analyst you will be responsible for your entire file from identification and verification to a full risk assessment. You will perform files on our Dutch and international organizations. Rabo Foundation is a stand-alone and professional organisation within Rabobank where all the CDD disciplines come together. The Foundation enables you to work on a broad range of activities, but it is a demanding environment as well. As CDD Analyst we encourage you to take initiative and share your thoughts on processes and efficiency improvement.

We are looking for a proactive colleague with a hands-on mentality and a customer orientated attitude. Strong analytical abilities and experience with CDD risk assessments and the writing of CDD reviews on organisations is a must. On top of this you work efficiently and can structure and organise your own work and manage multiple deadlines.

Needless to say, customer focus, communication skills, and the ability to work diligently are all vital to the position of CDD Analyst. In addition, it’s important that you recognise yourself in the checklist below:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in a related area
  • Extensive experience in conducting customer integrity assessments on organizations
  • Strong interest and affinity with Rabo Foundation’s mission
  • Proactive, culturally sensitive and results oriented
  • An excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English is required.
  • The ability to read Bahasa or Spanish is a pre

  • Scale up the impact of coffee cooperative Sholi in Rwanda. By giving them access to financing, knowledge and our network they improved their business operations and structurally improve the livelihoods of their 700 members, being smallholder coffee farmers.
  • Supporting social enterprises like Refugee Team in the Netherlands. The Refugee Team offers job opportunities for asylum seekers in the Netherlands that have trouble finding jobs.

This is what we offer you

  • A gross monthly salary between € 3.518,06 and € 5.024,15 (scale 8) based on knowledge and experience
  • thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
  • an extra budget of 10% of your gross monthly salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
