CRO Project Management Officer

You and your job
As a Project Management Officer you make a contribution by your excellent communicating, planning, organization and time management skills. You have a strong can-do mentality and understanding of project management activities, tasks, tools and deliverables. You will support the lead of the project organisation and the relevant stakeholders in achieving their goals. You are part of the CRO Strategy Office and active within the team Management Supervisory Inspections. Together with other colleagues of different departments you contribute to the successful execution of Supervisory Inspections by the ECB/DNB. Projects usually last from 3-6 months and can take place within any department of the bank depending on the topic of the investigation. We continuously seek for opportunities to learn and improve our way of working to ensure that the projects run as smoothly as possible.

An average working day

You are a member of a project (core)team and support to lead of this team.

  • Preparing and planning meetings and presentations
  • Monitoring and reporting progress of the project activities
  • Process requests for information and keep track of QA workstream
  • Coordination of communication to stakeholders
  • Building and maintenance of Team environment
  • Organisation of on-site visits from our regulators

You and your talent

  • Background in finance and a good understanding of how project management in a bank works
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams
  • Experienced in preparing (PowerPoint) presentations independently with a strong storyline
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English/Dutch)
  • Proactive & Service oriented
  • Getting things done

This is what we offer you

  • an extra budget of 10% of your gross monthly salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out.
  • Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance
  • The possibility to order working from home facilities (desk, chair and screen) and a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40,-
