We are on a quest to transform the financing ecosystem by using the speed and innovative strength of a fintech with the expertise and funding of a bank to deliver a fast, simple, and clear financing experience to SME businesses. To support our growth towards this ambition, we’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer.

Your new role

Our Platform team is looking for a new member to help strengthen our internal tooling ecosystem, ensuring our stakeholders (product team engineers) have the best developer experience they can, to help them deliver performant & secure services quickly and easily. You will be working on building and owning various tooling, infrastructure, and services on our platform including (but not limited to): 

  • Globally used packages/libraries with open-source potential 
  • Quality and Compliance monitoring and alerting systems 
  • Organization wide infrastructure 
  • Occasional front-end updates for global components 

We’re looking for someone who has...

  • Extensive Experience of the Typescript/Node.js ecosystem 
  • Basic knowledge of modern Frontend JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) 
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and serverless architecture 
  • Open-source, CICD, and release management a major plus 
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) experience a major plus 
  • Quality Assurance experience a major plus 
  • In addition to technical skills, the successful applicant should possess durable skills such as emotional intelligence, empathy, communication, (self-)leadership, organisation, time management, presentation skills. These are only some examples.

  • You strive for clean maintainable code and know how to test thoroughly 
  • You’ve already shifted left on security and quality
