To support our continuous growth we are looking for a Quality Coordinator for our Healthcare team in Heijen. Are you on it?

What will you do?

As Quality Coordinator you support Arvato in achieving and maintaining required operational quality levels and you are the key user of our systems, such as Sharepoint and Peoplenet. You provide support for audits in the context of maintaining certifications, such as: ISO, TAPA-A, AEO, Regulated Agent & IATA for our facility in Heijen. Don't be alarmed by all these terms, important is knowledge of functional management and an advantage is ISO9001! The rest you will learn on the job! In your role you manage and maintain the (quality) systems, such as ISO9001, Sharepoint and Peoplenet (SAP). To monitor this, you will set KPIs and provide work instructions. With your service orientation you support the operation with compliance and the investigation of possible quality failures through root cause analysis. Furthermore, you are continuously engaged in capturing risks, which you do by drawing up risk analyses. You prepare relevant data for documentation, such as calculations and operational work instructions.

You also prepare and update annual planning analyses and monitoring to support the quality management system.

What do you bring?

• You have completed a relevant college degree or equivalent;
• Work experience in the field of quality management (basic knowledge ISO9001) or application management;
• With your communication skills you know how to mobilize everyone within Arvato to a higher level of quality;
• Project-based work and thinking in processes is your second nature;
• Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SAP and SharePoint/Peoplenet is a plus;
• Good communication skills in English is a must, Dutch language is a plus.

What we offer

We offer you a challenging and independent full-time position, for 32-40 hours per week, with sufficient development opportunities. We have a non-contributory pension, so on average you will have more net income than at other companies! In addition, we offer:

- Between €2.542,- and €4.561,- gross p/m (depending on knowledge and experience)

- Travel expense reimbursement;

- Bonus scheme;

- 8% vacation pay;

- 25 vacation days, possibility to build up to 28 vacation days;

- ANW Insurance & WIA gap insurance, fully paid by Arvato Benelux.
