What is your role?

In your pivotal role, you will be the synergy between strategic insight and technological innovation. Your mission is to apply your data expertise in a way that feels as natural and as easy as our promise to our customers.

Your specific tasks include:

• Strategic Data Analysis: You will not just analyze data; you will interpret the narrative behind the numbers to enhance our strategic project insights and make complex decisions feel simple.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Your role is to build bridges with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our journey in new digital ways of working is a collective success.
• Process Automation: With your finger on the pulse of technological advancement, you will identify opportunities to automate and streamline (, making our workflows as effortless as our ethos: “It’s that easy”.

You will become an integral part of our Corporate Development team - a group of 7 professionals as diverse as the 3500 international colleagues you’ll work alongside. Who are you?

For this job we have a couple of requirements:

In search of excellence, we are casting our net for a visionary—someone who sees beyond numbers and algorithms, a strategist with a technologist’s mind.

• Completed Master degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field, perhaps complemented by an economics background that enriches your understanding of data's power in the economic landscape.
• You're technically proficient, a maestro in Python with the curiosityto embrace other programming languages as your tools. With this skill set, you dive into vast seas of data, surfacing with pearls of insights that steer the strategic compass of our organization.
• You’re the bridge between worlds—the technical and the non-technical—guiding collaboration through the clarity of your expression.
• In the dynamic tapestry of our corporate environment, you are an adaptable and collaborative force. Together with our team, you will align cutting-edge technology with our strategic aspirations, shaping a future where data and decision-making coalesce effortlessly.
