You and your job

As a Power Platform Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You'll be instrumental in leveraging our data platform to craft intuitive applications and dashboards. We, the Regulatory and Sustainability Reporting Team region Europe and Africa, support the business on topics such as FEC, Cash monitoring, Risk assessments and sustainability. We create dashboards and apps on top of our data platform to empower employees in their decision making.

The Portfolio & Data Analytics team facilitates the alignment of our portfolio and data with our regional strategy. We are a dynamic, international team with 15 enthusiastic people and we support the Wholesale business in Europe and Africa in various ways.

You will become part of the sub team Regulatory and Sustainability Reporting. This team consists of a portfolio manager, data engineers, data analysts and a powerapps developer.

We manage the portfolio and help the business with valuable data insights.
We are the first to hear about new requirements and we are specialized in translating these requirements into user-friendly dashboards and reports.

We can have a meeting with Paris in the morning and London in the afternoon and now and then we end our day with drinks with the whole team.
We are looking for a data minded, proactive person who likes to work and solve issues together.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our teams to understand business needs and translate them into dynamic Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop and customize solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to meet business requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
  • Empower Rabobank employees by creating insightful tools that enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to support day-to-day business operations.
  • Optimize and maintain the performance of Power Platform applications.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve existing processes through technology
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient workflows and applications.
  • Create, manage, and optimize data connections and integrations within the Power Platform environment.1
  • Design and implement custom connectors and plugins to extend the capabilities of the Power Platform.
  • Build visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for applications and reports.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Power Platform solutions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, databases, and data visualization techniques.
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.


Qualifications:

  • Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Functional Consultant).
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as Azure or SharePoint.

This is what we offer you

  • Based on your experience between € 4.068 and 5811gross per month (scale 9)
